Ramsay Writers Series

The Ramsay Writers Series is a Centre initiative designed to showcase established and emerging Australian writers. At each event, noteworthy writers read from their own work, as well as offering perspectives on influential past works.

The events are intimate and attended largely by fellow writers, academics in the literary field and aspiring writers. Attendees are invited to participate in a question-and-answer period at the conclusion of the readings which is followed by refreshments.

The series is held in the Sydney CBD a few times each year and is invitation only.

In 2023 and 2024 the series has focused on Australian poets.
